| Shipping times |
| Supplies, furniture, equipment, and
in-stock textbooks ship within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exceptions to this rule include JB Call and Professional Case products,
as well as textbooks that are not in stock. These will usually ship in
2-3 weeks. To calculate total delivery time, please add 2-7 business
days to allow for UPS Ground shipping. |

| Pricing: |
| All equipment is priced competitively,
and the collection within the catalog was designed to fit the amount of
your certificate. The textbook pricing corresponds to the publisher's
suggested price, and includes the cost of shipping and handling. If the
items in your order exceed the amount of certificate(s), you can
cover any extra charge with your credit card. |

| Account Balances: |
| If your certificate amount exceeds the
amount of your order, we will keep a positive balance on your account,
which you can redeem later by calling us. Balances
left on account cannot be redeemed online via our website. |

| Freight Charges: |
Standard Shipping is included free for
Orders of $25 or more, however this is subject to change. Orders under
$25 are subject to a $5 shipping fee. For information on Express
Shipping, please call our Customer Service department at 1-877-633-7483.
These rates apply only to orders shipped within the continental United States. |

| Taxes: |
| Total Health Rewards is required to
collect sales tax in NJ and MO. Sales tax is applied to the total
taxable amount of the order and is based on the shipment's destination
state and local (county, city, transit and other, if any) sales tax
rate. For orders shipping to NJ or MO, sales tax will be calculated
during order check out. |

| Invalid Certificates: |
| Some certificates cannot be redeemed online. If you are having
difficulty logging in with a certificate that you believe is valid, please contact our Customer Service
department at 877- 633-7483, or fax your order to 877- 329-9847. |

| Return Policy: |
Returns must be arranged within 30 days
from receipt of your order. If you are missing an item, or were shipped
the wrong item please call our Customer Service department at
877-633-7483 to arrange a return. Orders returned without
obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.
Special order items, opened software, and opened electronic equipment
are non-returnable. Downloadable software items are non-returnable.
Items that have been used or are in non-sellable condition may not be
returned. Items that fail during the manufacturer's warranty period
should be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty
policy. All returned items must be in their original packaging. Other
restrictions may apply. Restocking fees may apply to some returns.

| Login and address verification: |
| You will need a valid certificate
number
and pin to login. Please make sure that when you login you verify that
your email and shipping addresses are correct. You will receive
confirmation of your order by email. If you are already logged in, but
wish to change or verify your shipping address and email, please visit
my account section to update your information. Your shopping cart will
stay the
way it was. |

| The Shopping Cart holds any product that
you select as a possible purchase item. Adding products to your
Shopping Cart does not mean that you have to purchase them. You can
delete a product from the Shopping Cart at any time. You can see the
titles you have added to your cart simply by clicking the Shopping Cart
icon on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. |

| Finalizing your Order: |
| When you are finished shopping, go to your
Shopping Cart. You will see a list of all the products you have
selected. To purchase these products, click the Proceed to Checkout
button. In the next page, select a method of payment, enter any
additional certificate numbers you have, and submit your order. You
will still have another screen to verify all information is correct and
to enter your credit card information. |
